Transformation and development are the keys to success. We're thrilled to unveil a host of transformative enhancements and bug fixes in the latest iteration of Sign Made Easy.
These updated features mark a significant leap forward, poised to revolutionize your signing processes and elevate the overall functionality of the platform.
Major Feature Updates
1. Hide Audit Trail in Email:
In Sign Made Easy, managing email notifications just got easier. With the latest update, users can now toggle off the audit trail directly from the setup page. Declutter your inboxes by hiding unnecessary audit trail information from email notifications related to signing transactions.

2. Custom Object Linkage with Sign Transaction:
With the latest enhancement, the app now supports seamless linkage between custom objects and sign transactions. This means that custom buttons within Salesforce can now seamlessly navigate users through the signing process without any interruptions.
Bug Fixes:
Permission Set Assignment:
Known Issue:
Previously, access permissions were unnecessary for System Admin Users, resulting in added administrative burden.
Resolved:
The requirement to assign permission sets to System Admin Users has been removed; instead, permission sets can now be assigned directly to org admin users.

Recipient Tag Display Issue:
Known Issue:
When selecting two recipients—a signer and an in-person witness—the system displays the "Begin in-Person Signing" button. However, if the signer is deleted, the expected behavior is for the "Begin in-Person" button to persist. Instead, the system erroneously displays the "Send Now" button.
Resolved:
Previously, if the signer was deleted, the system incorrectly replaced the "Begin in-Person Signing" button with the "Send Now" button. Now, the system functions as intended: even if the signer is deleted, the "Begin in-Person Signing" button remains visible, ensuring a seamless signing experience

Recipient Tags:
Known Issue:
When adding three recipients to the document—assigning the first recipient as an in-person signer, the second recipient as CC, and the third recipient as a signer—the system should only display tags for the in-person signer and the signer, but not for the CC recipient. However, currently, all recipients' tags are displayed on the preview and tag page.
Resolved:
The functionality has been updated to accurately display tags for two recipients on the preview and tag page.

Initial Tag Update Know Issue:
Known Issue:
The first tags did not update properly in name tags for the recipients, leading to the inconsistency of the tagging.
Resolved:
Resolved issues with first tag updates, maintaining the tag's updatable and continuity.
Checkbox Field Tag Size Correction:
Known Issue:
Checkbox field tags scaled incompletely, negatively affecting the integration of checkboxes in documents.
Resolved:
Rectified typo on checkbox field tags to make sure the absolute size is consistent with the source, and that there’s an error-free checkbox field integration.
